Signal left, check the right-hand mirror and complete the turn.
Sound the horn so as to warn the other road users of the intention to turn.

Explantion: The vehicle does not have a greater right-of-way than any other road user. As a driver you should pay particular attention to vulnerable road users such as e-scooter users, cyclists and motorcyclists and be aware that they are entitled to use the road in safety.
